Applications - Mojo Payments Knowledge Base

Applications lists the merchant applications that came through you. Mojo Payments’ onboarding team reviews each one, asks the applicant for any changes, and decides it: there’s nothing you need to do, but you can follow along and help your merchant finish.

Where an application is

Stage	Meaning
New	Submitted, waiting for review.
In review	Mojo Payments is reviewing it.
Changes requested	Sent back to the applicant to fix something. They get a link that reopens it, for 14 days.
With processor	Sent to the card processor.
Approved	The merchant is invited to set up their account, and appears in your Portfolio.
Declined	Not approved.

An application left as New or In review for 90 days is closed automatically.
