Past a limit the API answers 429 Too Many Requests. Wait and try again; a minute is always enough for the token endpoint. The rest of the API has no fixed limit today. Be a good neighbor so it can stay that way:
  • Reuse your token for its 10 minutes instead of getting one per request.
  • Page through lists with the largest pageSize you need (up to 100), rather than many small pages.
  • Back off on errors: after a 429 or a 5xx, wait before retrying, and wait longer each time.
  • Don’t poll fast. Deposits update hourly, so checking them more often than that finds nothing new.
Mojo Payments may add limits to protect the service. Code that handles 429 by waiting keeps working when it does.
