The CLI reads appsettings.json from the folder the program is in.

Setting	What it does
`BaseURL`	The POS Gateway’s address. Leave it as `posgateway.paymentsmojo.com`.
`Port`	`443`.
`Directory`	Where result files are written. Empty: relative to the folder the CLI runs in. A full path in `-f` always wins.
`runMode`	`0` normal; `1` writes a diagnostic log on every run (see Troubleshooting).

If appsettings.json is missing or can’t be read, the CLI stops without writing a result file.
