# Applications

> Following merchant applications that come through you.

**Applications** lists the merchant applications that came through you. Mojo Payments' onboarding team reviews each
one, asks the applicant for any changes, and decides it: there's nothing you need to do, but you can follow along and
help your merchant finish.

## Where an application is

| Stage | Meaning |
| - | - |
| New | Submitted, waiting for review. |
| In review | Mojo Payments is reviewing it. |
| Changes requested | Sent back to the applicant to fix something. They get a link that reopens it, for 14 days. |
| With processor | Sent to the card processor. |
| Approved | The merchant is invited to set up their account, and appears in your **Portfolio**. |
| Declined | Not approved. |

An application left as New or In review for 90 days is closed automatically.
